MediPrep Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

At MediPrep, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your medical reference cards, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible

• Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

• Items returned without proof of purchase

• Custom or personalised products (if applicable)

How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, please contact us with:

• Your order number

• Your name

• The reason for the return

We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged

• The wrong item was sent

In these cases, MediPrep will cover the return costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos if possible.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
