Overview

These Terms & Services govern the purchase and use of MediPrep products. By purchasing or using MediPrep medical reference cards, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use MediPrep products.

Reference and Educational Use Only

MediPrep medical reference cards are provided for educational and reference purposes only.

They are designed to support learning and quick recall of information but are not intended to replace professional training, clinical judgement, or official clinical guidelines.

Users must always:

  • Follow their professional training

  • Follow their organisation’s protocols

  • Refer to current clinical guidelines

  • Use their own professional judgement

MediPrep products must not be relied upon as the sole source of clinical information.

No Medical or Clinical Advice

MediPrep products do not provide medical, clinical, or professional advice.

All information is provided as general reference material only.

Healthcare professionals are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Limitation of Liability

MediPrep accepts no responsibility or liability for:

  • Clinical decisions made using the reference cards

  • Misuse of the products

  • Incorrect interpretation of information

  • Outdated clinical practices

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the products

Use of MediPrep products is entirely at the user's own risk.

Accuracy of Information

We aim to ensure that all information is accurate and based on recognised clinical practices at the time of publication.

However:

  • Information may change over time

  • Guidelines may be updated

  • Errors may occur

MediPrep does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Users are responsible for confirming information against current official guidelines.

Product Care

MediPrep reference cards are designed to be durable but must be cared for properly.

The cards:

  • Should not be exposed to excessive heat

  • Should not be bent or folded

  • Should not be cleaned with harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials

Improper cleaning or misuse may damage the product and void any eligibility for replacement or refund.

A soft cloth or mild cleaning solution is recommended where necessary.

Intellectual Property

All MediPrep materials, including:

  • Card designs

  • Layouts

  • Text

  • Branding

  • Logos

are the property of MediPrep.

These materials may not be:

  • Copied

  • Reproduced

  • Distributed

  • Sold

  • Shared online

without written permission.

Product Changes

MediPrep reserves the right to:

  • Update products

  • Improve designs

  • Correct errors

  • Change content

without prior notice.

Orders and Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders if necessary

  • Refuse service where appropriate

  • Correct pricing errors

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.

Governing Law

These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes will be handled under Irish law.
