MediPrep Shipping Policy

Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how MediPrep orders are processed and delivered.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and ensure your medical reference cards arrive safely.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed on:

  • Weekends

  • Public holidays

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there is any significant delay, we will contact you.


Pre-Order and Presale Items

From time to time, MediPrep may offer items on a presale or pre-order basis.

Presale items have different processing and delivery times than standard orders.

For presale items:

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated at the time of purchase

  • Orders will be shipped once stock becomes available

  • Delivery timeframes begin from the dispatch date, not the purchase date

If your order contains both presale and regular items, the order may be:

  • Shipped together once all items are available, or

  • Shipped separately at our discretion

Customers will be informed if there are significant delays to presale items.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reliable postal or courier services.

Shipping times may vary depending on location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Any customs charges, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Please allow time for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

MediPrep is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

We may ask you to allow additional time for delivery before treating an item as lost.

MediPrep is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Industrial action

  • Other circumstances outside our control


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, include photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The product

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs checks.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs fees

These charges are not controlled by MediPrep.
